S T A T U T O R Y I N S T R U M E N T S 2013 No. 3163 SEA FISHERIES The Fishery Limits (Revocation) Order 2013 Made - - - - 11th December 2013 Coming into force - - 31st March 2014 Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 1(2) of the Fishery Limits Act 1976(1), or otherwise in Her Majesty vested, is pleased by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Fishery Limits (Revocation) Order 2013 and comes into force on 31st March 2014. 2. The Fishery Limits Order 1997(2) and the Fishery Limits Order 1999(3) are revoked.
