S T A T U T O R Y R U L E S O F N O R T H E R N I R E L A N D 2015 No. 239 FISHERIES The Fisheries (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015 Made - - - - 1st May 2015 Coming into operation - 1st June 2015 The Department of Culture, Arts and Leisure (a), makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 26(1), 89 and 95(1) (of the Fisheries Act (Northern Ireland) 1966 (b) and now vested in it (c). Citation and commencement 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Fisheries (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015 and come into operation on 1st June 2015. Amendment of the Fisheries Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2014 2. The Fisheries Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2014(d) shall be amended as provided in Regulation 3. Exemptions to Catch and Release for Salmon Angling 3. For Schedule 7 (List of Waters where Catch and Release for Salmon Angling does not apply) there shall be substituted the following Schedule: (a) Established by the Departments (Northern Ireland) Order 1999 (S.I. 1999/283 (N.I. 1)), Article 3(1)(b). (b) 1966 c. 17 (N.I.). (c) S.R 1999 No. 481, Article 3 and Schedule 1.
