(2) These Regulations extend to Scotland only. Amendment of the Condensed Milk and Dried Milk (Scotland) Regulations 2003 2. - (1) The Condensed Milk and Dried Milk (Scotland) Regulations 2003[2] are amended in accordance with the following provisions of this regulation. (2) In Schedule 1 (partly or wholly dehydrated preserved milk products and their reserved descriptions) (a) in the entry in column 2 for item 1(c), after "7.5%" insert "fat"; and (b) in note 2 after "added" insert "to any designated product".
