Biomass Processing Challenge Fund (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2011 (S.R. No. 9 of 2011)

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Biomass Processing Challenge Fund (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2011 and shall come into operation on 14th February 2011. Amendment to the Biomass Processing Challenge Fund Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010

2. The Biomass Processing Challenge Fund Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010(3) are amended as set out in Regulations 3 to 6. Definitions

In regulation 2(1)— (a) the following definitions are revoked, that is to say— “Community legislation”, “The Commission Regulation”, “The Council Regulation”, “The ERDF Regulation”; and (b) after the definition of “Department” there shall be inserted the following definition— ““EU legislation” means the provisions set out in the Schedule;”. 4. In regulations 3(2) and 10(1)(c) for “Community legislation” in each place where it occurs substitute “EU legislation”.

5. In regulation 8(1) there shall be omitted: “or such a date specified by the European Commission”.

6. At the end of the Regulations there shall be inserted the Schedule set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
