BE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS OF THE FEDERATED STATES OF MICRONESIA: Section 1. Section 205 of title 22 of the Code of the 1 Federated States of Micronesia is hereby amended to read as 2 follows: 3 “Section 205. Board of Directors – Meetings; Quorum. 4 The Board shall meet once a year. A quorum shall 5 consist of three members of the Board.” 6 Section 2.
