51 TO AMEND THE SEA PORTS MANAGEMENT ACT 2005 ENACTED by the Parliament of the Republic of Fiji— Short title and commencement 1.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Sea Ports Management (Amendment) Act 2016. (2) This Act shall come into force on the date or dates appointed by the Minister by notice in the Gazette. (3) In this Act, the Sea Ports Management Act 2005 shall be referred to as the “Principal Act”. Section 18 amended 2. Section 18 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting the following new paragraph after paragraph (b)— “(c) the provision of pilotage services;” ACT NO. 5 OF 2016 I assent. J. K. The Principal Act is amended by inserting the following new section after section 18— “Pilotage services 18A.
