BAHADUR, SERENDIB INVESTMENT PTE LTD, (Government Printer), Suva, Fiji – 2020 115/FGGS/20—186 Official Printer Since 2019 [LEGAL NOTICE NO. 76] OFFSHORE FISHERIES MANAGEMENT REGULATIONS 2014 Offshore Fisheries Management (Amendment of Schedule 2A) Notice IN exercise of the powers conferred on me by regulation 57 of the Offshore Fisheries Management Regulations 2014, I hereby amend Schedule 2A of the Offshore Fisheries Management Regulations 2014 after paragraph 2 by inserting the following new paragraph— “3. Notwithstanding paragraph 2, all the species of grouper and coral trout listed in the table in paragraph 2 shall not be subject to a seasonal ban from 1 August 2020 to 30 September 2020.”.
