(2) This Order comes into force on the date of publication in the Gazette. Amendment of Schedule 3 2. The Birds and Game Protection Act 1923 is amended by deleting Schedule 3 and substituting the following— “Schedule 3 (Section 2) CLOSED SEASON For Fijian Wood Pigeon and Fruit Pigeon— (a) the period between 26 May 2020 and 14 June 2020 (inclusive of both dates); and (b) the period between 15 June in any year and 25 May in the next succeeding year (inclusive of both dates).”.
