Short Title This Proclamation may be cited as the “Definition of ይህ አዋጅ “የኢትዮጵያ ፌደራላዊ ዲሞክራሲያዊ Powers and Duties of the Executive Organs of the ሪፐብሊክ አስፈጻሚ አካላትን ስልጣንና ተግባር Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia መወሰኛ (ማሻሻያ) አዋጅ ቁጥር ፱፻፵፪/፪ሺ፰” ተብሎ (Amendment) Proclamation 942/2016”. ሊጠቀስ ይችላል፡፡ 2. Amendment 2. ማሻሻያ The Definition of Powers and Duties of the Executive የኢትዮጵያ ፌደራላዊ ዲሞክራሲያዊ ሪፐብሊክ Organs of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia አስፈጻሚ አካላትን ስልጣንና ተግባር መወሰኛ አዋጅ Proclamation 916/2015 is hereby amended as follows: ቁጥር ፱፻፲፮/፪ሺ፰ እንደሚከተለው ተሻሽሏል፡-

P.O.Box 80001 gA ôሺ9ÿ%5 ØdE‰L ነU¶T Uz¤È qÜ_R %1ሚያዚያ፳4qN ፪ሺ፰ ›.M Federal Negarit Gazette No 61, 2nd May, 2016………. page 8965 1/ የአዋጁ አንቀጽ ፲፬ ንዑስ አንቀጽ (፩) ፊደል ተራ 1/ Paragraphs (j) and (k) of sub-article (1) of Article (በ) እና (ተ) ተሠርዘው ቀጥለው ያሉት ፊደሎች 14 of the Proclamation are deleted the subsequent (ቸ)፣ (ኀ) እና (ነ) እንደቅደም ተከተላቸው (በ)፣ (ተ) paragraphs (l), (m) and (n) are re-organized as እና (ቸ) ሆነው ተሸጋሽገዋል፤ paragraphs (j), (k) and (l), respectively; 2/ የአዋጁ አንቀጽ ፲፮ ተሰርዞ ከአንቀጽ ፲፯ እስከ 2/ Article 16 of the Proclamation is deleted and the subsequent Articles from Article 17 to 42 are አንቀጽ ፵፪ ያሉት ተከታይ አንቀጾች እንደቅደም renumbered as Articles 16 to 41; ተከተላቸው ከአንቀጽ ፲፮ እስከ ፵፩ ሆነው ተሸጋሽገዋል፤ 3/ በአዋጁ አንቀጽ ፴፯ (እንደተሸጋሸገው) ከንዑስ 3/ Paragraph (c) is added following paragraph (b) of sub-article (2) of Article 37 of the Proclamation (as አንቀጽ (2) ፊደል ተራ (ለ) ቀጥሎ የሚከተለው renumbered) አዲስ ፊደል ተራ (ሐ) ተጨምሯል፡- “c) the Ethiopian Federal Police Commission.” “ሐ) የኢትዮጵያ ፌዴራል ፖሊስ ኮሚሽን፡፡” 4/ Sub-articles (3) and (4) of Article 37 of the 4/ የአዋጁ አንቀጽ ፴፯ (እንደተሸጋሸገው) ንዑስ አንቀጽ Proclamation (as renumbered) are deleted and (፫) እና (4) ተሰርዘው በሚከተሉት አዲስ ንዑስ replaced by the following new sub-articles (3) and አንቀጾች (3) እና (4) ተተክተዋል፡- (4): “3/ The Charities and Societies Agency shall be “3/ የበጎ አድራጎት ድርጅቶችና ማኅበራት ኤጀንሲ accountable to the Ministry of Federal and ተጠሪነት ለፌደራልና አርብቶ አደር ልማት Pastoralist Development Affairs. ጉዳዮች ሚኒስቴር ይሆናል፡፡ 4/ The following executive organs shall be 4/ የሚከተሉት አስፈጻሚ አካላት ተጠሪነት ለፌዴራል accountable to the Federal Attorney General: ጠቅላይ ዐቃቤ ሕግ ይሆናል፡- a) the Justice and Legal System Research
