Transitory Provision , , I • Any coffee supplier, exporter, wholesaler, roaster, processor or coffee warehouse operator shall continue operating his business using his existing valid trade license until he obtains a cenificate of competence from the Ministry or the appropriate regionai organ within six months from the effective date of this Regulation. 25. Inapplicable Regulations and Directives No regulation or directive shall, in so far as they are inconsistent with this Regulation, be applicable with respect to matters provided for by this Regulation. 26.
