Ratification of the Agreement The Animal Health Agreement signed in Algiers, on the 15 th day of March, 2015 between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria is hereby ratified. 3. Implementing Organ The Ministry of Livestock and Fisheries is hereby empowered to implement this Agreement. 4. Effective Date This Proclamation shall enter into force on the date of publication in the Federal Negarit Gazette. Done at Addis Ababa, this 9 th day of August, 2016 MULATU TESHOME (DR.)
