Ratification of the Convention The Agreement for the Conservation of African Eurasian Migratory Water Birds, signed on the June 16 th 1995, is hereby ratified. 3. Power of IIIImplementationmplementationmplementationmplementation The Ethiopian Wildlife Conservation Authority is hereby empowered to undertake all acts necessary to the implementation of the Agreement in cooperation with concerned Federal and Regional Government Organs and non-governmental organization as well as communities. 4. Effective Date This Proclamation shall enter into force up on the date of publication in the Federal Negarit Gazeta.
