Amendment N° 70 /2003 of the Foreign Fishing Vessel Regulations". Art. 2 Amendment The Foreign Fishing Vessel Regulations - Legal Notice N° 38/1998 Article 2(1)(b) is hereby amended as follows: "Art 2(l)(b} "Department" means the Fisheries Resources Regulatory Services Department of the Ministry of Fisheries". Art. 3 Effective Date These Regulations shall enter into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette of Eritrean Laws.
