State Board of Fi.~::::het"ies of the Republic of E>:::tord,a (h(,~ncE'fot'th r"E'f(:'r't"ed as th(:,) [~:;:tonian BOdrc! of Fishf:>t"ies) is a governing body subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Estonia, who carries out governmental policy on fishing as well as using and protecting fi~h resources. The Estonian Board of Fisheries acts under the co~petency of the Minister of Environment of the Republic of Estonia. 2. The Main Tasks of the Estonian Board of Fisheries 4. IV. leader~hip of the Estonian Board of Fisheries 6"fhE.' Estonian Boar<;J of Fisheries is lead by a gpn(C~r'al divector nominated and relieved b~ the Head of the Government of the Republic of Estonia on a proposal of the Minister of Environment of the Republic of Estonia. 7.
