Codes of Agencies Performing Supervision over Manufacture and Handling of Agricultural Produce and Products Labelled with Reference to Organic Production Methods1 Regulation No. 14 of the Minister of Agriculture of 20 February 2004 (RTL2 2004, 23, 350), entered into force 8 March 2004. The Regulation is established on the basis of subsection 20 (2) of the Organic Agriculture Act (RT3 I 2004, 6, 31). §1. Scope of application of Regulation The codes of authorities performing supervision over the manufacture and handling of agricultural produce and products labelled with reference to organic production methods (hereinafter inspection authorities) are established by this Regulation. §2. Codes of inspection authorities (1) The code of the Plant Production Inspectorate shall be EE-TTI. (2) The code of the Veterinary and Food Board shall be EE-VTA. (3) The code of the Health Protection Inspectorate shall be EE-TKI. §3. Repeal of Regulation Regulation No. 34 of the Minister of Agriculture of 2 April 2003 "Codes of agencies performing supervision over manufacture and handling of agricultural produce and products labelled with reference to organic production methods" (RTL 2003, 46, 682) is repealed. 1 The requirements of Regulation 2092/91EEC of the Council of the European Communities (OJ L 198, 22.07.91, p. 1) have been taken into account in the drafting of this Regulation. 2 RTL = Riigi Teataja Lisa = Appendix to the State Gazette 3 RT = Riigi Teataja = State Gazette
