Standard Description of Label Referring to Organic Production Methods and Procedure for Using Label Regulation No. 105 of the Minister of Agriculture of 5 December 2006 The Regulation is established on the basis of subsection 13 (2) of the Organic Farming Act. § 1. Standard description of eco-label (1) The label referring to organic farming that is, ecologic agriculture (hereinafter eco-label) displays a circle with the word "ÖKO" [Eco] inscribed inside the circle in the Caliban Regular typeface. Two leaves in the shape of an arrowhead, one of which is twice the length of the other, are attached to the longest leg of the letter K of the word "ÖKO". (2) The circle may be surrounded by the text "Kontrollitud ökoloogilisest põllumajandusest" [From certified ecologic agriculture] in the Arial Bold typeface. (3) The green colour of the eco-label shall be 355 C; CMYK C 100.0; M 0.0; Y:91.0; K:6.0 according to the international 5963 Pantone Process Catalogue. § 2. Procedure for use of eco-label (1) The eco-label may be used for labelling agricultural products and produce, and feedingstuffs produced or manufactured, according to the requirements for organic farming, in an enterprise approved on the basis of the Organic Agriculture Act. The eco-label shall not be used to label agricultural produce and products produced during the conversion period to organic farming and, in the case of manufactured goods, for goods which contain less than 95% of ingredients originating from organic farming. (2) The co-label must conform to the standard set out in the Annex to this Regulation. It is also permitted to use a black and white eco-label. (3) The eco-label shall be attached to the packaging in a clearly visible manner or, in the case of pre-packaged goods, is added to the goods in a manner which makes it distinguishable from other goods. § 3. Entry into force of Regulation This Regulation enters into force on 1 January 2007.
