Regulation No. 10 of the Minister of Environment approving the List of Spawning Grounds and Habitats of Salmonids

Approval of the List of Spawning Grounds and Habitats of Salmonids Regulation No. 10 of 14 February 1996 of the Minister of Environment (as amended by Regulation 35 of 29 May 1996 of the Minister of Environment (RTL (Annex to the State Gazette) 1996, 702, 442, date of effect 29 June 1996) 1. Pursuant to section 9(5) of the Protection of Marine and Freshwater Coasts, Shores and Banks Act (RT (State Gazette) I 1995, 31, 382), to approve the list of spawning grounds and habitats of salmonids (Annex 1). 2. The list shall take effect after its publication in the Annex to the State Gazette. 3. Annex 1 to Regulation No. 10 of 14 April 1992 of the Minister of Environment is repealed.
