The Dominica Water and Sewerage Company Limited is. Licence. hereby granted an exclusive licence to provide the service of Ch.43:40. removal of sewerage by means of the sewerage system or any part thereof, including services incidental thereto, and permittedunder the Water and Sewerage Act. 3.
