1998 SMALL TENEMENTS (AMENDMENT) S.R.O.5 COMMONWEALTH OF DOMINICA STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS No.5 OF 1998 ORDER MADE by the President under section 29 of the Small Tenements Act, (Chap. 54:71). (Gazetted 19th March, 1998.) 1. This Order may be cited as the SMALL TENEMENTS (AMENDMENT) ORDER 1998. Short title. 2. In this Order the Small Tenements Act is referred to as "the Interpretation. Ch.54:71. Act", 3. The Second Schedule to the Act is amended by - Amendment of the Second Schedule of (a) replacing the figures 3.00, 4.50 and 4.50 with the figure the Act. 7.50 respectively under the heading "I COURT FEES" and; (b) replacing the figures 3.00, .75 and 3.75 with the figures 7.50,4.00 and 7.50 respectively under the heading "II BAILIFF'S FEES".
