2008 NATIONAL PARKS AND S.R.O. 22 PROTECTED AREAS (ECO-TOURISM SITE) (USER FEE) (AMENDMENT) COMMONWEALTHOFDOMINICA STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS No.22 OF 2008 REGULATIONS Made by the Minister under section 16 ofthe National Parks and Protected Areas Act, (Chapter 42:02) (Gazetted 10th July, 2008). l. These Regulations may be cited as the NATIONAL PARKS AND PROTECTED AREAS (ECo TOURISM SITE) (USER FEE) REGULATIONS 2008 2. In this Regulation the National Parks and Protected Areas Regulation is referred to as the Principal Regulations. 3. Schedule I of the Principal Regulations is hereby repealed and replaced as follows: Short Title lnterpretatinn AmendmentofSchedule I to the Principal Regulations "(Regulation 3) Schedule I User fees shall be paid before visiting the following Eco Tourism Sites: Boeri Lake BoilingLake Botanic Gardens Cabrits National Park EmeraldPool Freshwater Lake IndianRiver MiddiehamFalls MomeDiablotinTrail Morne Trois Pitons Trail Amendment of Scbcdule II to the Principal Regulations 2008 NATIONAL PARKS AND S.R.O.22 PROTECfED AREAS (ECO-TOURISM SITE) (USER FEE) (AMENDMENT) SoufriereSulphurSprings Syndicate Nature Trail Trafalgar FaHs SCHEDULE II 4. Schedule II of the Prinicpal Regulations is hereby repealed and replaced as follows "(Regulation 3) Schedule II The following feesshaIl be paid before visiting an eco tourism site: US$3.00: US $5.00: US$12.()(): for a site visit for pre-sold organized tours to any eco tourism site for a site visit for private tours to any eco-tourism site for a week pass to visit any eco tourism site or sites ComJnenoculCi4 s. This Regulation shall be deemed to have come into operation on the I" day ofJuly 2008.
