1997 LITTER S.R.O.64 COMMONWEALTH OF DOMINICA STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS No. 64 OF 1997 ORDER MADE by the Minister under section 6 of the Litter Act, (Chap. 40:61). (Gazetted 27th November, 1997.) 1. This Order may be cited as the LITTER (AUTHORISED OFFICERS) ORDER 1997. Short title. 2. "SCHEDULE For the purposes of the Litter Act the following persons shall be Authorised Officers: (a) Every police officer; (b) Every Environmental Health Officer; (c) Every Town Constable; (d) Every Rural Constable; (e) Every Forest Ranger; (f) Every Park Warden; (g) Every Road Superintendent; (h) Every Road Supervisor; and (i) Every Chairperson and Clerk of Local Authorities".
