2023 INTERNATIONAL MARITIME ACT 8 (AMENDMENT) COMMONWEALTH OF DOMINICA ACT NO. 8 OF 2023. I assent CHARLES A. SAVARIN President 16th February, 2023 AN ACT TO AMEND THE INTERNATIONAL MARITIME ACT, CHAPTER 48:51. (Gazetted 17th February, 2023.) BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Dominica as follows: 1. This Act may be cited as the – INTERNATIONAL MARITIME (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2023. Short title. 21 LS 2023 INTERNATIONAL MARITIME ACT 8 (AMENDMENT) 22 2. In this Act, the International Maritime Act is referred to as “the Act”. 3. Section 3 of the Act is amended in subsection (1) by deleting the words “Economic Planning” and substituting the words “Maritime Affairs”.
