1976 CENTRAL WATER AUTHORITY (AMENDMENf) DOMIMCA S.R.O. 42 STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS No. 42 OF 1976. REGULATIONS MADE under section 15 of the Central Water Authority Act(a). (Gazetted 4th November, 1976.) 1. These Regulations may be cited as the CENTRAL WATER AUTHORITY (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1976. Short title. 2. in these Regulations the Central Water Authority Regulations Interpretation. 1972 (S.R.O. No. l of 1973) are referred to as the Regulations. 3. The First Schedule to the Regulations is hereby repealed and Amendment or replaced as follows:- First S,bcdule to the Regulatiom. FIRST SCHEDULE ANAL'AL GENERAL WATER RATE (Whether metered.or not) (a) On houses with private water service and annual assessed value less than $7,500- none (b) On houses with private water service and annual assessed value $7,501 - $12,500 - ¼% of annual assessed value (c) On houses with private water service and annual asssssed value greater than $12,500- l % of annual assessed value. 4.
