ALIENS LAND HOLDING ACT 16 REGULATION (AMENDMENT) N. J. O. LIVERPOOL President AN ACT TO AMEND THE ALIENS LAND HOLDING REGULATION ACT, NO. 17 OF 1995. BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Dominica as follows: ALIENS LAND HOLDING REGULATION (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2007. ALIENS LAND HOLDING REGULATION (AMENDMENT) Intaprellllion. Act No. 17of199S. 2.1n this Act the Aliens Land Holding Regulation is referred to as ''the Act". 3. (1) Section 4(2) of the Act is amended by deleting the word "of" appearing immediately after the words "under subsec tion (l)" and replacing it with the word "or". (2) Section 4(4) of the Act is amended by replacing the words "subsection (2)" with the words "subsection (3)". Amendment of section S . 4.
