Amendment to include the island of Atiu in the Schedule 2007, No. 2 An Act to amend the Unit Titles Act 2005 BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of the Cook Islands in Session assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows: l. Short title - This Act may be cited as the Unit Titles Amendment Act 2007 and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Unit Titles Act 2005. 2. Amendment to include the island of Atiu in the Schedule - The principal Act is amended by deleting the Schedule thereto and substituting the Schedule attached hereto.
