[...] Inconsistencies in regulations (3) In the event of an inconsistency between a consolidated regulation published by the Minister under this Act and the original regulation or a subse quent amendment as registered by the Clerk of the Privy Council under the Statutory Instruments Act, the original regulation or amendment prevails to the extent of the inconsistency. Sur recommandation du ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux et du Conseil du Tré sor et en vertu du paragraphe 10(9) de la Loi sur l’expro priation, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil : a) abroge le décret C.P. 1980-3/2414 du 5 septembre 1980; b) prescrit le Tarif des frais, ci-après. 1 TARIFF OF COSTS TARIF DES FRAIS AMOUNTS MONTANTS 1. For the purpose of subsection 10(9) of the Expro priation Act, the following maximum amounts are pre scribed: (a) for each day that counsel, representing the objec tor, is reasonably required to attend the hearing, $600; (b) for the reasonable accommodation and travelling expenses of the objector for each day that he or she is reasonably required to attend the hearing, $140; and (c) for the actual and reasonable costs of written or prepared materials, if any, used by the objector or his or her counsel in the assertion of the objection at the hearing, $200. 1. Pour l’application du paragraphe 10(9) de la Loi sur l’expropriation, les montants maximaux suivants sont prescrits : a) pour chaque jour où le conseiller juridique repré sentant l’opposant est raisonnablement tenu d’assister à l’audience, 600 $; b) pour les frais raisonnables de logement et de dépla cement de l’opposant, pour chaque jour où il est rai sonnablement tenu d’assister à l’audience, 140 $; c) pour les frais réels et raisonnables relatifs aux do cuments et aux pièces, le cas échéant, utilisés par l’op posant ou son conseiller juridique en vue d’établir le bien-fondé de son opposition lors de l’audience, 200 $.
