[...] Inconsistencies in regulations Incompatibilité — règlements (3) In the event of an inconsistency between a consolidated regulation published by the Minister under this Act and the original regulation or a subsequent amendment as registered by the Clerk of the Privy Council under the Statutory Instru ments Act, the original regulation or amendment prevails to the extent of the inconsistency. Interpretation Interprétation 2 In this Order, Act means the Prince Edward Island Natural Products Marketing Act; (Loi) Commodity Board means the Prince Edward Island Egg Commodity Marketing Board established pursuant to the Act; (Office de commercialisation) eggs means eggs of a domestic chicken produced in Prince Edward Island. (œufs) 2 Dans le présent décret, Loi désigne la loi intitulée Prince Edward Island Natural Products Marketing Act; (Act) œufs désigne les œufs du poulet domestique produits à l’Île-du-Prince-Édouard; (eggs) Office de commercialisation désigne l’office dit Prince Edward Egg Commodity Marketing Board constitué en vertu de la loi. (Commodity Board) Interprovincial and Export Trade Marché interprovincial et commerce d’exportation 3 The Commodity Board is authorized to regulate the marketing of eggs in interprovincial and export trade and for such purposes may, by order, with respect to persons and property situated within the Province of Prince Ed ward Island, exercise all or any powers like the powers exercisable by it in relation to the marketing of eggs lo cally within that Province under paragraphs 4(q) and (r) of the Act. 3 L’Office de commercialisation est autorisé à régler la vente des œufs sur le marché interprovincial et dans le commerce d’exportation, et, pour ces objets, à exercer par ordonnance, à l’égard des personnes et des biens qui se trouvent dans les limites de la province de l’Île-du Prince-Édouard, tous pouvoirs semblables à ceux qu’il peut exercer quant au placement des œufs, localement, dans les limites de ladite province selon les alinéas 4q) et r) de la Loi. Levies Contributions 4 The Commodity Board is authorized, (a) [Revoked, SOR/80-90] 4 L’Office de commercialisation est autorisé, a) [Abrogé, DORS/80-90] Prince Edward Island Egg Order Décret relatif aux oeufs de l’Île-du-Prince-Édouard Levies Contributions Section 4 Article 4 Current to November 21, 2016 2 À jour au 21 novembre 2016 (b) in relation to the powers granted to it by section 3 with respect to the marketing of eggs in interprovin cial and export trade, to make orders fixing, imposing and collecting levies or charges from persons situated within the Province of Prince Edward Island who are engaged in the production or marketing of eggs and for such purposes classifying such persons into groups and fixing the levies or charges payable by the members of the different groups in differ ent amounts, and the Commodity Board may use such levies or charges for its purposes including the creation of reserves and the payment of expenses and losses re sulting from the sale or disposal of eggs and equalization or adjustment among the producers of eggs of moneys realized from the sale thereof during such period or peri ods of time as it may determine.
