Exemptions from subsection 8.1(1) of the Act 2 For the purpose of reducing the risk to human health, subsection 8.1(1) of the Act does not apply to the (a) selling; (b) supplying; (c) offering to sell or supply; (d) manufacturing; (e) distributing; or (f) bringing into Manitoba for use in Manitoba; of a dishwashing detergent, or other dishwashing compound, that is not intended to be used for household purposes. Coming into force 3 This regulation comes into force on the same day that The Phosphorus Reduction Act (Water Protection Act Amended), S.M. 2008, c. 10, comes into force.
