Open Seasons Order 1 R-016-2015 WILDLIFE ACT R-016-2015 Registered with the Registrar of Regulations 2015-05-19 OPEN SEASONS ORDER The Minister, in accordance with an accepted decision of the NWMB, and under section 128 of the Wildlife Act, and every enabling power, makes the attached Open Seasons Order. 1. (1) Unless otherwise specified, the open season for harvesting a species of wildlife or a population of a species of wildlife is July 1 to June 30. (2) Any time which is not an open season is a closed season for the applicable species of wildlife or a population of a species of wildlife, during which it is prohibited to harvest that wildlife. 2.
