(acheteur) Commodity Board means the Grape Growers of On tario, formerly known as The Ontario Grape Growers’ Marketing Board, established under the Farm Products Marketing Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. F.9. (Office de commer cialisation) producer means a person that (a) is engaged in the production or marketing of grapes; (b) employs a person referred to in paragraph (a); (c) is entitled under any lease or agreement (i) to a share of the grapes produced or marketed by a person referred to in paragraph (a), or (ii) to the proceeds from the sale of those grapes; or (d) takes possession of any grapes under any form of security or legal proceedings for a debt.
