[...] Inconsistencies in regulations Incompatibilité — règlements (3) In the event of an inconsistency between a consolidated regulation published by the Minister under this Act and the original regulation or a subsequent amendment as registered by the Clerk of the Privy Council under the Statutory Instru ments Act, the original regulation or amendment prevails to the extent of the inconsistency. Interpretation Définition 2 In this Order, producermeans a person who produces milk in the Province of Manitoba. (2) This Order does not apply to the marketing of milk in a container that has a capacity of 20 litres or less. Purchase and Sale Achat et vente 4 No person shall buy or purchase milk except from or through the Commodity Board. 4 Il est interdit d’acheter du lait, si ce n’est à l’Office de commercialisation ou par son entremise. 5 No producer shall sell milk except to or through the Commodity Board. 5 Il est interdit à tout producteur de vendre du lait, si ce n’est à l’Office de commercialisation ou par son entre mise. Payment to Producers Versement aux producteurs 6 (1) The Commodity Board may conduct pools for the distribution of all moneys received from the sale of milk by producers to or through the Commodity Board. 6 (1) L’Office de commercialisation peut mettre en place des mécanismes centraux pour la distribution des sommes provenant de la vente du lait par les producteurs à l’Office ou par son entremise. (3) The Commodity Board may make an initial payment to a producer on delivery of milk by the producer to the Commodity Board and may make subsequent payments until that producer has received the remainder of that producer’s share.
