The following sites are declared to be of historical significance to the Territories: (a) Repealed, R-012-2006,s.1. (b) Repealed, R-012-2006,s.1. (c) Repealed, R-012-2006,s.1. (d) Repealed, R-012-2006,s.1. (e) the Old Anglican Church in Tulita (64°54N N and 125°34N W) built in approximately 1880 by Allan Hardisty, as described in the Schedule; (f) Whaler's Graves at Balaena Bay, Cape Perry, being an area 45.72 m² centred at 70°01N54O N and 124°57N00O W. R-012-2006,s.1. 1.
