[...] Inconsistencies in regulations Incompatibilité — règlements (3) In the event of an inconsistency between a consolidated regulation published by the Minister under this Act and the original regulation or a subsequent amendment as registered by the Clerk of the Privy Council under the Statutory Instru ments Act, the original regulation or amendment prevails to the extent of the inconsistency. Exclusions Exclusion 2 The following buildings and premises are excluded from the definition hatchery: (a) any buildings or premises that have an incubator capacity of less than 1,000 eggs; and (b) any buildings or premises that are not used to store for incubation chicken, turkey, duck, goose or game bird eggs. 2 Est exclu de la définition de couvoir tout local qui ré pond à l’une des conditions suivantes : a) sa capacité d’incubation est inférieure à 1 000 œufs; b) il ne sert pas à entreproser pour incubation des œufs de poule, de dinde, de cane, d’oie ou de gibier à plumes.
