Modification du R.M. 89/2004 1 Le présent règlement modifie le Programme de commercialisation destiné aux Producteurs laitiers du Manitoba, R.M. 89/2004. 2 Section 28 is replaced with the following: 2 L'article 28 est remplacé par ce qui suit : Non-application 28(1) This regulation, except sections 13 and 14, does not apply to a person if (a) the person ordinarily resides on the same parcel of land on which a facility for the production of the regulated product is located; (b) the volume of regulated product produced on that parcel of land does not exceed 50 litres per day; and (c) all of the regulated product produced on that parcel of land is consumed by the person, or by members of the person's immediate family, without being transported from that parcel of land.
