ONTARIO REGULATION 317/07 made under the PUBLIC LANDS ACT Made: June 27, 2007 Filed: July 4, 2007 Published on e-Laws: July 5, 2007 Printed in The Ontario Gazette: July 21, 2007 Revoking O. Reg. 805/94 (Conservation Reserve) Note: Ontario Regulation 805/94 has previously been amended. Those amendments are listed in the Table of Regulations – Legislative History Overview which can be found at www.e-Laws.gov.on.ca. 1. Ontario Regulation 805/94 (Conservation Reserve) is revoked. 2. This Regulation comes into force on the day section 56 of the Provincial Parks and Conservation Reserves Act, 2006 comes into force.
