Commencement Entrée en vigueur 8(1) Sections 1 and 2 and 4 to 7 of this Regulation shall be deemed to have come into force on January 1, 2020. 8(1) Les articles 1 et 2 et les articles 4 à 7 du présent règlement sont réputés être entrés en vigueur le 1er jan‐ vier 2020. 8(2) Section 3 of this Regulation shall be deemed to have come into force on January 1, 2021. 8(2) L’article 3 du présent règlement est réputé être entré en vigueur le 1er janvier 2021.
