The following powers have been conferred upon the following Forest Powers Officers- conferred. ( a) all the powers set forth in section 11 of the Act, upon the Chief Forest Officer, the Principal Forest Officer and the Forest Assistant; (b) the powers set forth in paragraphs (b), (c), (d), (e) and (I) of section 11 of the Act, upon Forest Ranges; (c) the powers set forth in paragraphs (b), (c) and (I) of section 11 of the Act, upon Forest Officers.
