Pesticides (Replacement of Schedules) (Amendment) Order, 1990 (S.I. No. 76 of 1990)

Pesticides Control BELIZE: STATUTORY INSTRUMENT No. 76 of 1990 ORDER made by the Minister responsible for Agriculture in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by Sections 6(2), 8(2) and 13(2) of the Pesticides Control Act (No. 32 of 1985), as amended by Act 18 of 1988, and all other powers thereunto him enabling, and after consultation with the Pesticides Control Board. (Gazetted 14thJuly, 1990.) 1. This Order may be cited as the PESTICIDES (REPLACEMENT OF SCHEDULES) (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1990 and shall be read and construed as one with the Pesticides (Replacement of Schedules) Order, 1988, which as amended is hereinafter referred to as the Principal Order. 2. Schedules II and III tu the Principal Order are hereby repealed and replaced with Schedules II and III respectively annexed to this Order. 3. Schedule IV to the Principal Order is hereby amended by the addition of the following entry in its appropriate alphabetical place: *dinoseb, alkanolamine salt ( eg. Dynamite 3, Premerge) 58 Suspected carcinogen.
