These IV.•g\llations. may be cited as the HOL CHAN MARINE RESERYE (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, I 996. and shall be read and construed as one with the Hot Chan Marine Reserve Reb'lllations, which as amended are hereinafter referred to as the principal Regulations.
