Fisheries [CAP. 210 [ ] 77 CHAPTER 210 FISHERIES (EXPORT OF FISH) REGULATIONS (Section 13) [27th January, 1968.] 1. These Regulations may be cited as the FISHERIES (EXPORT OF FISH) REGULATIONS. 2. No person shall export or attempt to export from this country any fish save under and in accordance with the provisions of a licence, in the form set out in the Schedule hereto, issued by the Minister. 3. Any person who exports or attempts to export any fish from this country without a licence or contrary to the provisions, including any conditions contained therein, of a licence issued by the Minister shall be guilty of an offence and liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding two hundred dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or to both such fine and imprisonment. 5 of 1968. 9 of 1968.
