L These Regulations may be cited as the FISHERIES (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1996. and shall be read and construed as one with the Fisheries Regulations, which as amended, are hereinafler referred lo as the principal Regulations. 2. Regulation 5 A of the principal Regulations is hereby, repealed and replaced by the following: "SA.
