This Order may be cited as the D A N G E R O U S G O O D S O R D E R . 2. WHEREAS in my judgment it appears to me that the explosives set out in the schedule to this Order are of so dangerous a character that it is expedient for the public safety that they should not be manufactured, kept, imported, conveyed or sold other than under licence issued by me: NOW THEREFORE I, ALEXANDER ALBERT HUNTER, Minister of Natural Resources, Commerce and Industry, hereby order that the explosives set out i n t h e s c h e d u l e t o t h i s O r d e r s h a l l n o t b e manufactured, kept, imported, conveyed or sold except under and in accordance wi th a l i cence issued by me.
