Offence IN EXERCISE of the powers confe1red on the Minister of Environment, Wildlife and Tourism by section 92 (1) (i) of the Wildlife, Conservation and National Parks Act, the foJlowing Regulations are hereby made 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Wildlife Conservation and National Citation Parks (Prohibition of Sale of Snares and Traps) Regulations, 20 I 6. 2. No person shall sell or cause to be sold any snare, trap or similar contrivance. Prohibitioi\ of sale of snares and traps 3. Any person who contravenes these Regulations commits an offence and Offence shall be liable upon conviction to a fine of Pl 000 and to imprisonment for one year.
