No. 115 of2013 FISHERIES RESOURCES (JURISDICTION AND CONSERVATION) ACT CHAPTER244 FISHERIES RESOURCES (JURISDICTION AND CONSERVATION) (DECLARATION OF PROTECTED AREA) ORDER, 2013 The Minister in exercise of the powers conferred by section 13 of the Fisheries Resources (Jurisdiction and Conservation) Act, makes the following Order 1. Citation. TIUs Order may be cited as the Fisheries Resources (Jurisdiction and Conservation) (Declaration of Protected Area) Order, 2013. 2. Declaration of protected area. The exclusive fishery zone is hereby declared to be a protected area. 3. Prohibits fishing for Nassau Grouper. No person shall fish for the Nassau Grouper within the area of water described in paragraph (2) from the 111 December, 2013 to the 281h February, 2014.
