This Order may be cited as the Protected Places Order, 2009. Declaration of protected places. 2. The places specified in the first column of the Schedule, which are more particularly described in the plans specified in the second column thereof deposited in the office of the Surveyor-General, are hereby declared to be protected places for the purposes of the Act.
