Compoundable offences. 307 BRUNEI DARUSSALAM GOVERNMENT GAZETTE MERCHANT SHIPPING ORDER, 2002 (S 27/02) MERCHANT SHIPPING (COMPOUNDABLE OFFENCES) REGULATIONS, 2007 In exercise of the power conferred by section 213 of the Merchant Shipping Order, 2002, the Minister of Communications, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan, hereby makes the following Regulations Citation. 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Compoundable Offences) Regulations, 2007. Compoundable offences. 2. The offences referred to in sections 48,49(1), 57(5), 61(5), 76(2), 92(4), 94(5), 109(5), 112(2), 113(3) and (4), 114(2), 116(2), 118(2) and 209(2) of the Order may be compounded by the Director in accordance with subsection (2) of section 201 of the Order.
