2. Amendment of First Schedule of S 6412011 BRUNEI DARUSSALAM GOVERNMENT GAZETTE CONSTITUTION OF BRUNEI DARUSSALAM (Order made under Article 83(3)) CONSUMER PROTECTION (FAIR TRADING) (AMENDMENT)ORDER, 2015 In exercise of the power conferred by Article 8313) of the Constitution of Brunei Darussalam, His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan hereby makes the following Order - Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) (Amendment) Order, 2015 and shall commence on the same date as the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Order, 2011. Amendment of First Schedule of S 641201 1
2. The First Schedule to the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading] Order, 2011, is amended - (a) in paragraph 1 - (i) by deleting "1" before "The" from the first line; and (ii) in subparagraph (c), by deleting "specified in paragraph 2". (b) by deleting paragraph 2. Made this 26th. day of Zulhijjah, 1436 Hijriah corresponding to the 10th. day of October, 2015 at Our Istana Nurul Iman, Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam.
