Prohibited 2 The movement of ships and boats in the area of water being a portion of East Whale Bay— (a) on the south shore of Southampton Parish; (b) lying between Fish Hook Island and Dolphin Cove; and (c) enclosed by a floating boom and a submerged fence, is hereby prohibited.
