1. This Order may be cited as the Utilities Regulation Order, 2014.
2. The Minister hereby designates the utility services and the service providers set out in the Schedule as the utility services and service providers that are to be regulated under the Utilities Regulation Act.
3. The Utilities Regulation Order, 2009 (S.I. 2009 No. 40) is revoked. 2 STATUTORY INSTRUMENT SCHEDULE (Paragraph 2) Utility Services Service Providers Supply or distribution of The Barbados Light and Power electricity Company Limited Supply of international Cable and Wireless (Barbados) telecommunications services Limited Supply of domestic voice Cable and Wireless (Barbados) telecommunications services Limited Supply of services in respect of Cable and Wireless (Barbados) interconnection charges Limited Supply of leased circuits Cable and Wireless (Barbados) Limited Supply of international simple Cable and Wireless (Barbados) resale Limited Supply of water and sewerage Barbados Water Authority services Made by the Minister this 6th day of August, 2014.
