(2) The project area for each approved project plan continues to be constituted for the area. Editor’s note— Each project area has the same name as the name of the approved project plan for the project area. 3 Approved project plans must be available for inspection The chief executive must keep a copy of each approved project plan available for inspection by anyone, during normal office hours— (a) at the department’s head office; and (b) at the department’s regional office mentioned in the schedule, column 2 for the plan.
